The City of Danville and Downtown Danville, Inc. will present the Second Annual Potterfest as part of their First Friday event series on Friday, November 1, 2019.
Join us for all things “Potter” beginning at 5 pm in Downtown Danville. Check our Facebook page for updated information on events and special promotions.
Include a special showing of “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” at the Fischer Theatre that evening too!

Potterfest Vendor Application
The City of Danville and DDI will host the second annual Potterfest on Friday, Nov. 1, 2019. with activities beginning at 4 pm. For Potterfest, there will be a $25 charge for any food truck or vendor. Fee is waived for non-profit organizations. Each vendor will need to offer a Harry Potter themed booth/offering. If you need help making a connection between your products and the theme, let us know, we can help. Food trucks will be located on North Street on either side of Vermilion. Vendor spots will be on Vermilion Street between Main and Harrison. Each vendor in Temple Plaza must offer a Harry Potter themed performance/demonstration/craft, etc. and must provide at least a 10' x 10' tent. Each vendor will be provided a 10'x12' spot marked with booth size and booth number. Electricity is available for some vendor spots, but vendor must supply all electrical cords/power strips/cord covers and be prepared to cover cords so there is no tripping hazard. Vendors must provide all supplies including tables/chairs, electrical supplies, lighting, etc. No support will be provided in set-up or tear-down. All trash must be disposed of in receptacles at the end of the event. Booths can be set up starting at 4 pm and must be removed by 9 pm. Vendors may not have a 50/50 raffle.Potterfest Volunteer Application
Volunteers must be 14. Volunteers under age 18 must have a sponsor in attendance.
